Director Don Cotterill has lived on the Gold Coast for the past 30 years and is familiar with the lifestyles and practicalities of living in such a beautiful climate.

Don's aim is to provide a more personal service and to guarantee that he will oversee the building of all client's homes.  This is to ensure that the quality of workmanship viewed in our display home is the quality clients may expect in their own home.

Working in the industry has allowed Don to identify reliable suppliers and contractors, who can provide excellent product and workmanship – a necessity for a Sanctuary 28 Projects' home.
