Led by Director Don Cotterill, who brings over 40 years of local industry experience, the business operates with a clear focus on delivery, ensuring each project is executed with consistency, precision, and accountability at every stage of construction. 

We work in close collaboration with architects, consultants, and clients to translate design intent into built form. This requires rigorous planning, detailed coordination, and a disciplined approach to construction methodology, particularly across complex, bespoke residential projects. 

Our delivery model is intentionally selective. By limiting the number of projects undertaken, we maintain a high level of oversight and control, ensuring that quality is not compromised and that each home is resolved in accordance with its design, documentation, and site conditions. 

Over time, we have established a network of trusted trades and suppliers aligned with our standards. This consistency across the supply chain is critical in achieving the level of finish and detail expected in architecturally driven homes.
